It has been a pretty busy few months, we are serving in store the last coffee for this year's harvest. This will last us for the next 12 weeks or so, which is going to be just right to receive the first lot of the new 2011/2012.
The coffee trees are looking lush and heavy with our Pacamara beans, some are so heavy that we have had to support the branches! The constant and more than usual rain in the highlands, combined with the pleasant heat of this time of the year, are making the growing conditions ideal and we might have to start the harvest a few weeks earlier.
